Thomas V. Siciliano, P.A., represents individuals, families and their businesses throughout South Florida. The firm's primary areas of practice are trusts and estates, real estate and business planning, with a particular focus on tax issues. Our goal is to provide legal counsel which is highly personalized, sophisticated and cost-effective.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Mr. Siciliano is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and after moving to South Florida in 1977, he received a Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Miami. Mr. Siciliano is admitted to the Bar in Florida and New Jersey.

Mr. Siciliano is Board Certified in two practice areas: Tax Law, and Wills, Trusts and Estates. "Board Certified" status is conferred upon lawyers by The Florida Bar when such lawyers demonstrate a high level of competence in a particular subject area.

The firm and Mr. Siciliano have also attained the highest rating of "A V" by Martindale-Hubbell, a leading publication which bases its ratings on confidential inquiries from lawyers and judges in the firm's geographic region.
