Thomas V. Siciliano, P.A., represents individuals, families and their businesses throughout South Florida. The firm's primary areas of practice are trusts and estates, business planning and real estate, with a particular focus on tax issues. Our goal is to provide legal counsel which is highly personalized, sophisticated and cost-effective.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Mr. Siciliano is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Siciliano is admitted to the Bars in Florida and New Jersey.
LL.M. In Taxation After moving to South Florida, Mr. Siciliano obtained a Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Miami Law School in order to serve most effectively his rapidly growing tax and estate planning clientele.
Board Certified by The Florida Bar Mr. Siciliano is Board Certified in two practice areas: Tax Law, and Wills, Trusts and Estates. “Board Certified” status is conferred upon lawyers by The Florida Bar when such lawyers demonstrate a high level of competence in a particular subject area.
